There was a flurry of activity aboard the International Space Station today as the crew received last-minute notice of an object approaching the station. The three Expedition 18 members were moved into their Soyuz TMA-13 capsule at around 12:35pm and "soft-locked" the hatches in the event that a quick getaway became necessary. The object in question was given the name 25090 PAM-D and was thought to be part of a spent upper stage booster rocket. The threat was considered to be small, then increased to medium. However, an error in tracking models was discovered and the object was actually too close for the ISS position to be changed in time; the object made its closest approach at 12:39pm. Fortunately for all concerned, it missed, and the crew returned to the station just after 12:45pm. It is not known how close the object got to the ISS, but because of the object's speed, a collision could have been catastrophic. All objects in low Earth orbit travel at around five miles per second; something less than a half inch wide moving that fast will have the same impact as a 400-lb object moving at 60 mph....gives me the shivers thinking about I.
We are more concern about Mumbai Part 2 as Hotels are again targeted at mass level along with monuments and palces of Historic Importance. We had identified about 30 installations which terrorist could target in their future mission. But don't worry we had informed the agencies concern, Indian as well as International ones as they are more reliable.
We also received an instruction that a Dam could be targeted by terror forces we had to detect which one is that. Dt. 13/03/2009.
Discovery Mission STS - 119 is scheduled to launched on Sunday March 15,2009, we request NASA to cancel it untill it declared fully safe, as it seems to face trouble while return back to earth.

According to the sources, after November 26, 2008 attack in the CST station, the alert policemen were stopped Rajesh, who was roaming around the platform in mysterious circumstances.All of sudden he pushed the policemen and ran away and opened two rounds of fire on police party.

As per today's instructions the govt. must give an alert to the Industries where the threat of Gas Leak (like H2s, Ammonia, Chlorine) / Industrial Fire exists (specially Industries located in western India specially in Gujarat / Maharashtra Region) like Refineries, Processing Plants to be ready to face some hazards in next few days). Also the local authorities should be at vigil to face some untoward incidents.
Also some Super Cruise have to face trouble in Mediterranean Sea - Swez Region.
As we indicated in earlier post on Dec. 23 , 2008 regarding train accidents in India (Northern Railways), one more accident occurs again in this Zone.

We had got specific instructions that veteran Indian Air Craft Carrier INS Vikrant docked at Mumbai Port ( is now converted to a museum), having severe security threat from terror organizations. There is a possibility of strike at this target using 2 wheeler vehicle loaden with explosives. The alert has already been sent to Indian agencies concern.
As indicated in our previous post relating terms Railways Northern Eastern Parts of India, North East State capitals, there occurs a Bomb Blast near the Headquarters of North East Railways in Guwahati on Jan. 10, 2008.

Metal detectors are out dated gadgets at least X / Gamma Ray detectors should be placed at such an important border point with hostile nation. (we are friendly critics of Indian Agencies / Experts who worked under harsh conditions...)
Hope our agencies will learn some lessons under new Home minster Mr. Chidambaram.

As seen on Home Security's Twitter page, they today restated the threat level faced ahead of Barack Obama's inauguration on January 20 in Washington DC.
Keep in mind that the threat levels have not changed in the past while. It's still yellow (elevated) for national security and orange (high). The agency doesn't say "inauguration" but rather uses this lanugage "we are closely assessing potential threats and response planning leading into and following the electoral process in 2008 to 2009 ".A blast rocked Guwahati today evening killed 2 persons and injured many.

VVIPS should prevent their visits to these cities for at least for a fortnight. Alert for Delhi again. Dt. 01/11/2008I hope the agencies should take our warnings seriously in future.
