As I warned about threat to VVIPs visiting Assam on 01/11/2008, the security vehicle in the convoy of Prime Minister & UPA Chairperson meet an accident during his visit to Guwahati. I had already declared code RED for 01/11/2008.
The VVIPs should avoid visit to the place of terror attacks immediate after terror attacks, as it put security personals under high stress they had to play multiple roles in a short during.
Terrorists can also take advantage of this situation as the possibility of security breach increased during such visits.

Security personnel of PM's convoy injured
Guwahati (PTI): Five security personnel, escorting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, were injured when their escort vehicle met with an accident near the Guwahati Medical College Hospital.
The Maruti Gypsy escort vehicle rolled off a small bridge at Bhangagarh near the hospital injuring the five, official sources said.
The injured were admitted to the GMCH where the condition of four was stated to be out of danger while the fifth person's condition was stated to be serious.
The Prime Minister and the UPA chairperson were on their way to the GMCH to visit the injured in Thursday's serial blast which claimed 77 lives.Also aviation industry needs to keep at high alert reg. AI flight makes emergency landing at IGI airport
New Delhi (PTI): An Air India Tirupati-bound flight with 66 passengers on board had to make an emergency landing here after an hour of its take off due to some technical fault, airport officials said.
"Air India's Delhi- Hyderabad-Tirupati flight (IC 942) had to make an emergency landing after an hour of its take off from the Indira Gandhi International airport here around 10.15 am due to some technical fault," officials said.
