Proof : Air disaster averted, Sonia cancels caimpaign, Disaster in Mumbai...

As indicated on my earlier post on Oct. 27, 2008 reg. increased air disasters in India one more disaster averted in Guwahati. Also U.P.A. Chairperson cancels her tour to Chhatisgarh as a threat was anticipated her on her life at this portal on Nov. 03, 2008. We also anticipated some disaster in Mumbai it also comes true as a building collapse in Mumbai.

Narrow escape for Navin Jindal

Congress MP and Industrialist Navin Jindal had a narrow escape when his personal six-seater aircraft landed at the Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport of Guwahati with deflated tyres.

"There was no injury to anyone with the plane carrying two passengers and two pilots. Navin Jindal was in the aircraft," SC Sharma, executive director of the Airport Authority of India in Guwahati said.The aircraft was flying from New Delhi to Guwahati. But the deflated tyre was caused by hydraulic brake failure.


Sonia Gandhi puts off Chhattisgarh campaign tour

RAIPUR: Congress president Sonia Gandhi has put off her Chhattisgarh campaign tour scheduled for Wednesday, party sources said on Tuesday. The Congress chief was scheduled to address two public meetings Nov 12 at Dhamtari and Mahasamund on the last day of campaigning for 39 seats going to polls November 14. This is the second time in past two days the Congress president has deferred her trip to the state going to polls November 14 and 20 to elect a new 90-member state assembly.

Building collapses in Mumbai, six feared dead

Mumbai: A five-storey building collapsed in the congested lanes of Crawford Market in Mumbai at about 0500 hrs IST on Wednesday killing at least six people.

Relief and rescue efforts have been launched and 10 fire engines have been rushed to the spot.

One of the injured has been pulled out from the debris while some more people are still feared trapped.
