IMPHAL, Oct. 21: At least 17 people were killed and at least 30 injured, when a bomb went off near the Manipur police commando complex at Minuthong in Imphal this evening . The bomb, suspected to have been planted on a moped, went off around 7.30 p.m.

When the Moon Mission had a major scare

A "small" fuel spill mishap when the Polar rocket with the Chandrayaan-I spacecraft atop was being fuelled created a near "scare" during the final countdown for the launch of India's maiden unmanned moon mission, ISRO Chief Madhavan Nair said.
This was revealed by Nair who earlier in the day spoke of how space scientists at the Sriharikota spaceport faced an "ordeal" after rains pounded the area and surrounding parts for nearly five days.
"Yesterday, we had a small mishap during filling operation when some of the fuel spilled over from one of the courses of the ground system and this created almost a scare," Nair said.
The ISRO chief also said launch personnel had to clear the "pad" and then carry out repairs before proceeding with the blast-off preparations.
"We had to take a tough decision as to how much of fuel had to be loaded, how much as to be unloaded and number of operations to be carried out simultaneously which we have never done earlier," he said.
"We lost 10 hours in the countdown yesterday due to inclement weather and almost lost the hope of making the launch. But working against all odds ISRO team has won the game," Nair said. North-East monsoon usually peaks over the eastern coast around this time of the year.
"It was an ordeal and never before we had such horrible weather just ahead of the launch date," he added.

Alert : Chandrayaan - I Error Detected, Blast alert for Srinagar / Kashmir valley...
Dear Friends,
The upcoming Indian mission to the moon "Chandrayaan - I" is not going to be a successful mission as per my indications, I had detected possible error in its First stage, approx. after 70 seconds of ignition the problem may arise. I.S.R.O. is ired to be cautious and check the First Stage Engine / Software / Components again.
I conclude from the inputs received today about various blasts in Kashmir Valley specially in the City of Srinagar, also the election dates are announced so we can witness large amount of violence during elections.
A blast occurred outside Chief Minister's residence in Manipur, I also got the instruction today itself so it was not put on this blog, no one hurt in this incident.
I suggests highest possible alert till Diwali specially in New Delhi and Metros.

Alert : Chandrayaan - I (possible trouble in mission)...
Dear Friends,
These are the results which I got from various experiments on this space mission,
Mission: Chandrayaan - I Launch Dt. : 22/10/2008 Status : Failed (15/10/2008)
Sucess Rate (As on 15/10/2008) : 35 % (Approx) Altitude Achieved : 110 Kms.
Possible Error : Malfunction of Computer Hw / Sw / Program Code
The most ambitious mission of India the "Chandraayan-I" seems to face trouble while its maiden launch on Oct. 22, 2008. I worked to locate the possible error in this mission. As I predicted correctly the failure of G.S.L.V. - F 02, 3 days in advance, I wanted to know this mission's success rate. The data which I got from various experiments I conduct when combine with inputs I received even earlier are worrisome , this mission seems to be a failure again.
It may fail even to reach Elliptical Parking Orbit (E.P.O.) and debris may fell near 0-5 Deg North , 60 Deg East. I suggest I.S.R.O. Scientists to work hard in locating errors in the system at the earliest for make it a successful mission. The error could be detected to check systems / codes running at the altitude of 110 Kms or around (may be in stage II will be active at that time hence the systems of stage II should be checked for possible errors).

Event 1 : Trouble in ISRO's next space mission. (this mission is most probably the India's ambitious mission "Chandrayaan").

These are the results which I got from various experiments on this space mission,
Mission: Chandrayaan - I Launch Dt. : 22/10/2008 Status : Failed (15/10/2008)
Sucess Rate (As on 15/10/2008) : 35 % (Approx) Altitude Achieved : 110 Kms.
Possible Error : Malfunction of Computer Hw / Sw / Program Code
The most ambitious mission of India the "Chandraayan-I" seems to face trouble while its maiden launch on Oct. 22, 2008. I worked to locate the possible error in this mission. As I predicted correctly the failure of G.S.L.V. - F 02, 3 days in advance, I wanted to know this mission's success rate. The data which I got from various experiments I conduct when combine with inputs I received even earlier are worrisome , this mission seems to be a failure again.
It may fail even to reach Elliptical Parking Orbit (E.P.O.) and debris may fell near 0-5 Deg North , 60 Deg East. I suggest I.S.R.O. Scientists to work hard in locating errors in the system at the earliest for make it a successful mission. The error could be detected to check systems / codes running at the altitude of 110 Kms or around (may be in stage II will be active at that time hence the systems of stage II should be checked for possible errors).

Description : Similar to my earlier prediction of failure of GSLV-F02, there is a possibility of detecting errors in the Solid Rocket Boosters (2 SRBs), these may malfunction during the mission which leads to a major setback to ISRO program. An error is likely to be detected in connecting cable from Control Room to launch vehicle.

Proof : PM inaugrates train in J&K...with curfew in Srinagar...

Prime Minister today inaugurates first train service in Kashmir Valley in J.&K., in a simple function, with no speech of leaders within a period of 30 minutes as curfew was imposed in Srinagar. Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav & UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi also accompanied the Prime Minister.
A day earlier, two youths were killed and more than 30 were injured in clashes between anti-India protesters and Indian security forces. Separatists called for a strike against the prime minister's two-day visit to the state.

Separatists called for a strike against the prime minister's two-day visit to the state.
Fearing more trouble with the prime minister in town, authorities instituted heightened security restrictions in parts of the city overnight.

Alert : J & K Train Flag off.. be cautious, Oil below $85...

In my previous posting dated Tuesday, September 16, 2008 having title,

Its going to come true on 11/10/2008 when Hon. Prime Minister is going to flag off first train service in Kashmir Valley.
The real threat is from the separatist leaders & their terrorist supporters, as I saw a mob following a newly introduced train in Kashmir valley creates nuisance and pelting stones over new train, hence security agencies must at highest alert during this particular function.
Also I warned of terror strikes in J&K which comes true a terrorist killed and two hide in a fierce battle in Pulwama (more attacks are likely to happen during PM's Visit). There are at least 3 clear indications of some big terror attack or loss of a big personality at least in this month's period. Also on 08/09/2008 I predict world oil price lower to $85 a barrel it touches $84 a barrel today.

As anticipated in my post on 28/09/2008 about terror possibility in Nagpur, the arrested 20 terrorists in Mumbai accept that Nagpur was in their hit list.
Please keep alert today as the indications are not good for today as the suicide blast occurs in Islamabad Police HQs.

9 killed when 2 strong quakes hit Tibet
BEIJING (AP) — Two earthquakes jolted the capital of Tibet and surrounding areas, killing at least nine people and collapsing hundreds of houses, China's state news agency said Tuesday. Rescuers rushed in to try to save people buried in the rubble.
The U.S. Geological Survey said Monday's first quake measured magnitude 6.6 and struck at 4:30 p.m. 50 miles west of Lhasa, more than 1,600 miles from Beijing.
The second temblor measuring magnitude 5.1 hit about 15 minutes later, some 60 miles west of the Tibetan capital, it said.

Alert : US is target again (New York), 6.6 E' Quack Struck China

I am worried about some new terror threats for United States, may be a farewell to Bush Administration by terror groups. Threat is specially focused on New York City as per my latest instructions, these indicates about 2-3 terror attacks possible in US and most probably one of them may be using Chemical Weapon in New York City.

Alert : Probably 2 bomb blasts in Ahmedabad; Ran Air Bell 430 Location...
Dear Friends,
My latest analysis indicates that there is a probability of at least 2 bomb blasts in the city of Ahmedabad, its most favorable place to be attacked by terrorist outfits to gain more publicity. Gujarat Govt. and Intelligence agencies needs to take highest precautions at least till Oct. 09,2008.
Also to support Times Now initiative to locate the missing Bell 430 Chopper of Ran Air with 4 crew members on board, today I had got location approx. 22.53 KM SW of Bailadila (CG), I assume that wreckage may located at a river bed as location shows a river passing by.

Threat to V.V.I.Ps, Infra Red alert...
Dear Friends,
I am writing frankly that there is a clear threat on the life of one of the top leaders/politicians of India. At least 3 inputs are with me from which I conclude,
1. A major terrorist attack (of the level of Parliament attack) within a next 20-30 days, the location is probably the VIP area of New Delhi. Some powerful groups then IM may struck the National Capital soon. New Delhi Railway station is also a possible target. Dt. 02-10-2008
2. Some major failures in Space Programs (Like Chandrayaan - 1 and NASA's next manned Mission STS -125, 126 etc.) Dt. 03-10-2008
3. The coming days are not good for world peace and prosperity in spite of Festive Season in India, so keep your self at alert as Indian Home Minister Mr. Shivraj Patil urged for help from citizens to confront terrorism , I am trying to help both citizens and govt. through this blog.

As anticipated by me for possibility of more terror strikes in some Indian cities in my previous posts like on Dt. 28/09/2008 and earlier ones, there occurs 5 Serial Bomb Blasts in the Tripura Capital Agartala ( 3 Killed , 107 Injured).
I would like to alert agencies & people to be more cautious in the following cities in next few days.
1. Ahmadabad, Somnath / Verawal , Amreli , Nadiad and Kandla.
