Prime Minister today inaugurates first train service in Kashmir Valley in J.&K., in a simple function, with no speech of leaders within a period of 30 minutes as curfew was imposed in Srinagar. Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav & UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi also accompanied the Prime Minister.

SRINAGAR, Indian-Controlled Kashmir (CNN) -- Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh inaugurated the first intra-Kashmir train Saturday, even as police and paramilitary enforced an undeclared curfew in parts of Srinagar, the capital of Indian-administered Kashmir.A day earlier, two youths were killed and more than 30 were injured in clashes between anti-India protesters and Indian security forces. Separatists called for a strike against the prime minister's two-day visit to the state.
Fearing more trouble with the prime minister in town, authorities instituted heightened security restrictions in parts of the city overnight.
Its relief for Security Forces & Administration as the function was successfully accomplished as some concerns were shown related to security with this particular function. This train service could be the favorable target of protesters in next few days.With Regards,
